CBo Territoria manages three outdoor leisure activities in partnership with Ilop Réunion, in addition to its real estate activities.
Le Jardin d'Eden (The Garden of Eden), a heavenly oasis
Located near the Ermitage lagoon in Saint-Gilles les Bains on the West coast of Reunion Island, Le Jardin d'Eden, was created in 1991 by Philippe Kaufmant, an agronomist engineer passionate about botany, and bought by CBo Territoria in 2015.
This extraordinary garden invites its visitors to discover more than 600 plant species in a landscaped park of 2.5 hectares.
This site also offers a space for private events (weddings, christenings, secular celebrations, etc.) as well as for corporate events (product launches, team building, seminars, corporate parties, etc.).
Bassin Bleu Golf Club
The Golf du Bassin Bleu located on the heights of the seaside resort of Saint-Gilles les Bains with a 360° view of the ocean and the mountains, is one of the two 18-hole golf courses on the island renowned for its technicality.
It also welcomes companies for corporate events ( conference room, catering...).
The Beauséjour sports complex
n the mid-slopes of Sainte-Marie, the Beauséjour SportClub offers sporting activities to be enjoyed alone or with the family, in outstanding surroundings with a breathtaking view of the Indian Ocean.
It has a golf area with a golf simulator, a driving range, a putting green, a bunker and an approach green, as well as a bar/restaurant with a breathtaking view of Saint-Denis and the Indian Ocean.
Alongside its activities as a real estate operator, CBo Territoria has also developed a network of Coworking Centres across the island's three economic hubs: in Sainte-Marie near the airport in the North, in Savanna near Saint-Paul in the West, and in Grands Bois near Saint-Pierre in the South.
LIZINE by CBo Territoria is a coworking and open space exchange for everyone in Reunion Island where working well together is a key value.
Coworking spaces, meeting rooms and common areas are available (lounges, a kitchenette, a shaded terrace and a tabletop football).
